HIBI ナイフ 215mm

I was a bit nervous about the dishwasher-safe claim, but after a month of daily use and multiple washes, mine looks just like new. The 215mm length feels perfect for my routine kitchen prep.

The blade is nicely balanced at 215mm, and the 18-8 stainless steel feels sturdy without being too heavy at about 80g. I wish the overall handle length was a bit longer for my grip, but it still cuts through vegetables cleanly.

I was pleasantly surprised that this knife is dishwasher safe, which saves me time after meal prep. The only small drawback is the handle feels a bit narrow for my hand.
