HIBI フォーク 140mm

I was a bit worried the tines would be too delicate, but the 18-8 stainless steel feels solid and well-balanced in hand. It cleans up beautifully in the dishwasher without any water spots.

The fork is so lightweight I forget it's in my hand, and the 140mm length feels just right for everyday meals. I've run it through the dishwasher a bunch of times already and it still looks brand new.
