HIBI フォーク 190mm

The tines are perfectly balanced and the 190mm length feels just right for both meat and pasta. I've run it through the dishwasher several times already and the 18-8 stainless steel still looks brand new with zero spots.

This thing weighs almost nothing at 50g, so it feels balanced and effortless even when I'm plating for a while. The 190mm length is perfect for serving from deep bowls without my knuckles grazing the food, and it's held up through dozens of dishwasher cycles without a spot of rust.

The fork's balance is really good for a 190mm table piece—light but not flimsy. Only minor thing is the finish feels a tiny bit rougher along the edge than I'd like for the price, but it's still a solid daily driver.
